feat: print session resume and fork commands on exit - #84

Show copyable BatonSession resume and fork commands after the TUI restores the terminal. Pass the active session ID through the graceful exit path so all normal exit gestures receive the same hint.
Keep the active BatonSession ID visible at the start of the footer so users can fork a working session from another terminal.
