Treat nested repositories as component boundaries when projecting changed paths, so a parent repository validates its gitlink without re-running the submodule's full lint and test suite. Show concise validation start/end events and elapsed time while lifecycle output is captured, and bump the devloop plugin version to 0.3.3.
