New release - 3.1.0
Since 3.0.0, the trait impls of the NoDebug type have been redefined to ensure that the Msg type is not used and to enable comparing raw values with their NoDebug counter parts. Previously trait impls were automatically derived, leading to the Msg being treated as significant.
