Nightly 2026-07-31 formats them, so the crate-wide import rules apply inside for the first time and `cargo fmt --check` now fails on master.

cfg_select!bodies are formatted as of nightly 2026-07-31, so the crate'simport rules reach inside them for the first time and
cargo fmt --checkfails on master. This is just what
cargo fmtdoes.Blocking #987.
