- Adds full range of Azure model deployments available for use under the
current Azure resource group.
- Changes the code for adding and updating an Assistant, so that the UI
still shows options for the latest GPT-4 Turbo and GPT-4 Turbo preview
models. The `get_azure_model_deployment_name_equivalent` function points
to the current model.
