* Lecture Video landing pages now show a still frame from the lecture
video, making it easier to identify a lesson at a glance.

* The assistant dropdown now groups every video lesson together under a
new "Lessons" section at the top when viewing a Lecture Video assistant.
* Renamed the "Change assistant" button to "Change lesson" on Lecture
Video landing pages.
* Removed the "Group assistant" / "Created by you" attribution row from
Lecture Video landing pages to keep the page focused on the lesson.
