Continuous build (main)

Automated SD Studio build for Windows x64.

Contents: sd_studio.exe + Qt runtime + the Vulkan sd-cli backend.
On first run, use Download model… to fetch a model (e.g. All-In-One Pixel).
Requires a Vulkan-capable GPU driver (any recent NVIDIA/AMD/Intel).
