Fixes the empty stripped diff found in FIF pilot E2E check 4: strips are now recorded against the caller's raw input inside ElementNormalizer and merged into the persistence read-back diff; entries include removed_tags; page:create now returns persisted+stripped. See CHANGELOG.md.
