• Fix conda run selecting the active environment instead of the requested target when conda-build is installed. (#16811 via #16821)
• Fix AttributeError: 'PackageRecord' object has no attribute 'extras' when solving from channels whose repodata uses extra_depends by adding extra_depends to PackageRecord and ignoring the extras selector during record matching. (#16822 via #16823)
