• #4246 singularize result counters ('1 result')
• #4248 trim reference names when detecting duplicate task refs
• #4250 prevent 'TextModel got disposed' from the diff editor
• #4241 reject workflow names with slash or percent (unreachable via UI route)

Supersedes v3.32.0-rc.12, which was cut before #1348 merged and does not contain these fixes.
