Describe the purpose of your pull request
For .NET, JS and Node OpenFeature providers, the documentation on evaluation context to User Object mapping is missing some important information (and, in the case of .NET, there are some breaking changes too). This PR makes the necessary improvements.
Also, there's been a change to the package/namespace naming (see open-feature/dotnet-sdk-contrib#711 (comment)) Our documentation has been updated accordingly.
