This is an example application, it has all the working functionalities. To run the application you can either just run it but when you submit a ticket it wont send an email or create an alert but instead crash without replacing the ApiKey variable in alerts.go and recompiling, so for testing you can run it from cmd with the arg -k "key" and replace key with ur api key and it will have all functionality
