Fixed

• HerdR terminal conversation recovery now decodes public pane IDs using HerdR's native encoding instead of assuming decimal numbers. Valid pane IDs containing letters or multiple characters, such as wV:pF, previously failed stored-recipe verification before registration; Agent Layer now decodes them correctly so saved recipes are found for Claude, Codex, Antigravity, Muse, and Grok.

• Updated golang.org/x/text to v0.41.0 to address GO-2026-6629.

Development

• make release-preflight now validates documentation and the release tag, runs CI once, compiles unsigned release binaries for all four supported platforms (darwin/arm64, darwin/amd64, linux/arm64, linux/amd64) to a scratch directory, and scans them with release-vuln-check before tags are created. Build and scanner failures halt preflight, and failing artifacts are retained for diagnostics.
