• Fix "gameday" boundary: games now stay upcoming for the rest of their scheduled day instead of flipping to past the instant start time passes (split_games_by_time(), used by every schedule/slider/scorestrip template)
• Fix get_next_game() prepare() placeholder/argument mismatch that caused the next-game query to silently never execute; cutoff now correctly bound as a datetime string at start-of-day
• Tighten PP_FAKE_NOW type handling in split_games_by_time()
