Fixes Instagram-imported posts publishing without a featured image.

  • The featured image is now linked before image sizes are generated, so an interrupted import no longer leaves a post without its image.
  • Teams are imported one at a time in a single background request that keeps running after the cron caller disconnects.
  • Each import run automatically repairs a few posts with a missing featured image or missing image sizes.
  • New backfill tool: wp puck-press insta-repair --dry-run / wp puck-press insta-repair, or Instagram Post Maker → Repair Featured Images in wp-admin.
  • Imported images no longer overwrite existing uploads with the same filename.
