Context OS v0.12.0

This is the first release-grade, full-template Context OS artifact: a
deterministic archive, detached content-addressed lock, checksums, provenance,
and offline verification instructions bound to one reviewed commit.

The supported v0.12 path is colocated and full-closure. External project
attachment and durable slim workspace profiles remain later schema work.

Hermes is experimental in this release. Its deterministic adapter and kernel
conformance passes, but the retained installed Hermes 0.20.5 live run did not
complete model inference and is not counted as installed-client conformance.

From the published immutable release, download all five attached assets. Start with
agent-context-os-template-v0.12.0.OFFLINE-VERIFY.md; the canonical artifact is
agent-context-os-template-v0.12.0.tar, not GitHub's automatically generated
source archives.
