Live typing is now in the Setup Assistant, alongside Editing, with a "Try it" field to compare on vs off. Live typing and Editing (cleanup) are mutually exclusive: turning one on turns the other off, since reconciling live-typed text against a rewrite pass would mean visibly rewriting words you just watched yourself type.
