Fixed a live typing bug reported by Konrad: synthetic backspace keystrokes were sent with no pacing, and a busy app dropping one silently desynced Plainsay's model of what was on screen from reality, corrupting later corrections in the same dictation — showing up as wrong capitalization or missing spaces. Backspaces are now paced the same way the paste path already was.
