Summary

• add Claude Fable 5.1, Gemini 3.8 Flash, and Muse Spark 1.3 to the shared curated catalog
• point the Claude subscription fable alias at claude-fable-5-1 while retaining the previous concrete model
• extend catalog and alias regression coverage
