Initial functional release with Pester test coverage.

Features:

  • ConvertTo-PSObject - converts VDF to PSObject.
  • Find-SteamDirectory - finds Steam installation directory by looking at registry keys.
  • Get-LibraryFoldersVdf - finds and reads Steam's libraryfolders.vdf file and returns its raw content.
