Add support for the kas tool.
It will be used for the new kas Renovate manager.
Specifically, the command
kas dump --format json <entry-file>will be utilized.It is licensed under the MIT License.
Can be installed with pip:
pip install kas.To verify the installation, use
kas --version,kas --help, orkas dump --help.
