Prepare the first stable release, v1.0.1 (#30)

* Prepare the first stable release, v1.0.1

Cut v1.0.1 as the first stable release — every preceding version was a
v1.0.0-preview.*. The CHANGELOG heading is the version source: the release
pipeline runs scripts/Set-VersionFromChangelog.ps1, which takes the first
line matching '^### v?X.Y.Z' and writes it into XrmSync.csproj. The
"first stable release" note above it is deliberately plain text rather
than a heading, so it cannot be mistaken for that version line.

The repository has moved to github.com/context-and-oss/XrmSync, so the
package project URL, README badges, clone URLs and documentation links
follow it; DataverseConnection moved to the same org and its links move
with it. Copyright is updated to 2026, and the LICENSE holder corrected
from Delegate A/S to Context& A/S to match the csproj and README. The
LICENSE keeps 2025 as a span (2025-2026) so the original publication year
is not dropped.

* Align the remaining copyright notices with the LICENSE

The LICENSE carries a 2025-2026 span, so the README footer and the sample
assembly attributes now say the same thing. Without this a release PR shows
three different copyright years across the repo.

The sample AssemblyInfo files are Visual Studio template boilerplate for the
net462 fixture projects and are never shipped, but they are the first thing a
reader opening Samples/ sees.

v1.0.0-preview.25 - 17 August 2026

  • Change: The release workflow publishes to NuGet with OIDC (Trusted Publishing) via nuget/login instead of the deprecated static API key
  • Change: Plugin assemblies are now analyzed in-process in a collectible AssemblyLoadContext instead of by shelling out to xrmsync analyze. Sync no longer requires XrmSync to be discoverable as a local or global dotnet tool, and starts faster since it no longer spawns up to three child processes per assembly read
  • Fix: The analyzed assembly is loaded from memory, so XrmSync never holds a file handle on the DLL while watching
  • Fix: Test-Samples.ps1 compared normalized output through an unordered hashtable, making the baseline check fail at random
  • Change: Updated DataverseConnection to 1.2.4
  • Fix: Integration test seeding worked around two XrmMockup fidelity gaps: solution components are populated directly into the in-memory database (XrmMockup silently dropped solutionid/objectid/componenttype, which are not valid for create), and EntityName attributes are remapped to string attributes so sdkmessagefilter.primaryobjecttypecode round-trips as the entity logical name like it does in Dataverse

v1.0.0-preview.21 - 26 June 2026

  • Add: --allow-empty-types option for plugin sync, keeping plugin types registered when they no longer have steps instead of deleting them (avoids forcing a full upgrade of managed solutions)
  • Add: Profile-level AssemblyPath shared across sync items, and per-item SolutionName/AssemblyPath overrides (resolution order: CLI override → sync-item value → profile-level value)
