  • Added canonical direct installers at https://context-engine.app/install.sh and
    https://context-engine.app/install.ps1, with raw GitHub sources documented as emergency fallbacks.
  • Direct installations perform background checks at most once per 24 hours and support the context-engine update
    command. Updates use the user-owned installation directory and do not require elevation.
  • Package-managed installations record immutable ownership markers for Homebrew, Scoop, APT, and DNF. Package-managed
    binaries never create direct-update state or locks; context-engine update delegates to the recorded manager.
  • Direct installations migrate the exact supported unmarked v0.1.1 ARM64 installation once. Other unmarked or
    conflicting installations fail without guessing ownership.
