This release strengthens evidence-driven workflows without adding protocol fields or breaking existing Providers.

  • Models evidence availability, freshness, and observer revision as ordinary Facts.
  • Invalidates stale Routes when the evidence provider changes, even if the artifact value is unchanged.
  • Clarifies action-local execution scopes and durable mutation boundaries.
  • Expands the facts-recovery example and deterministic regression coverage.
