First proper release of the ccb binary.

Added:

  • Use a docker image to copy the function instead of copying the files to a build folder

Changed:

  • Using docker sdk instead of executing docker cli
  • Migrated to embed instead of rice
  • Build command now has --username --password --push --prefix and --registry should only be the hostname

Removed:

  • tar command has been deleted
  • push command has been deleted (Use build --push)
