CX

CX reduces high-output development commands for OpenAI Codex workflows while preserving real exit codes and recoverable failure evidence.

Install:

brew install contextlimit/tap/cx

Upgrade:

brew update
brew upgrade cx

Verify:

cx --version
cx --help

The formula installs checksum-pinned native binaries from the corresponding CX GitHub release. Installation does not compile Rust or create ~/.cx/db.sqlite. CX creates that local insights database on the first routed command and records invocation metrics by default; command text remains opt-in.
