The nous-trace arc (S249-S253), merged at d11bbf6 and released here: a signed,
hash-chained per-event trace with Merkle checkpoints, the composite 'both'
anchoring backend (Rekor v2 transparency-log leg plus RFC 3161 trusted-time leg
over the same signed checkpoint root), the offline reference Verifier and its
embedded dossier copy, and 13 conformance vectors. SPEC revision 0.2.5-draft;
wire spec_version remains 0.2.0.

Also: trace_bridge and uds_signer_client registered in pyproject py-modules and
the wheel-content gate, closing a packaging gap that would have raised
ModuleNotFoundError on compiled_trace's evidence_pack path from an installed
wheel; CHANGELOG ladder corrected so two already-shipped features are dated to
the releases they shipped in.

Verifier-digest registry minted for 5.77.0 and anchored at Rekor log_index
37024065 (tier: logged, 35 entries, signing key continuous).

Gates: pytest 2717 passed/12 skipped >= floor 2716, regression 0 diffs,
pyflakes 0 undefined, claim_lint 0 violations, registry coverage 7/7, sidecar
137/0, wheel gate + clean-venv install + UX smoke all green.

Anchors and signatures EVIDENCE; the Z3 and Farkas legs remain the only things
NOUS proves. Monitor, not guard.
