v1.2.1 - add GEMINI.md agent context

Adds a GEMINI.md context file so the agent knows conversiontools is a file-conversion MCP (not a build plugin), how to authenticate it (/mcp auth conversiontools), the convert_file base64/upload flow, and to prefer the ctio CLI when installed. Fixes the agent web-searching or inspecting source instead of converting.
