Initial public release (minor update)

v1.0.1 is a minor update to the initial public release of the KerrModes suite of Mathematica packages (organized as paclets) designed to solve for the various modes of the Kerr geometry. In this update, the function SWSFfixphase in the SWSpheroidal packlet has been fixed to correctly choose the phase when the Spherical limit function vanishes at x=0. Also, documentation for the KerrQNM, KerrTTML, and KerrTTMR paclets has been updated
