Anthropic usage requests now have a persistent 15-minute minimum interval. Restarting aimeter, refreshing manually, rotating tokens or running multiple instances no longer bypasses the cooldown. Failed requests also count; longer Retry-After waits take precedence. Cached usage shows its age while aimeter waits.
Validated by CI on Linux, macOS and Windows, including the optional OMP build and cross-compilation. Release archives include SHA-256 checksums.
