First WIndows Release

This is the first standalone Windows executable version of our solar panel installation time prediction tool.
Double click to run, no Python environment needed.
Based on PyTorch + Flask, packed using PyInstaller.

For usage:

1. Click "Download .exe" below
2. Double click to launch the application
3. Upload Excel file, select model, get prediction
