Fixes

fix(odoo-instance-api): resolve Python version mismatch on Debian targets

As odoo_instance_api requires Python 3.10+:

  • Add conditional steps to download and compile the required Python version from source using make altinstall if it is not present in the system PATH.

  • Update virtual environment and pip tasks to dynamically use the correct Python binary.
