Reports: more internal refactor and include new attributes

• Simplify even more the Reports code (2nd part of 45f305f) and increase coverage
• Add new fields (idea💡 taken from New reports with full data of users, posts, transfers #259) in HTML, CSV and PDF:
  • Users: created_at, last_sign_in_at, locale, account_balance
  • Posts: tag_list, created_at

Thanks @markets I was thinking 🤔 in this use case. I think these reports are commonly used for printing in order to facilitate participation in TimeBanks for people that have difficulties using the TimeOverflow application (old people, for example)

So maybe in the future we could keep this reports simple and add another one like downloadable .zip with all CSV of data of one Organization: User/Post/Categories/Tags/Transactions...

But we can discuss this in the future, I will create an issue to keep it mind :)
