Hi copy,
My system Windows 2000 detected in IP address conflict disrupted, Please help when Windows 2000 in v86 when fixing the issue.

This is most likely because Windows 2000 profile is restoring the state file with old networking settings, and this creates a conflict with the networking relay. |

Close this window and run
networking.baton the desktop.
