Improved commit display and date formatting in the dashboard.

  • Fixed duplicate commit display in the dashboard.
  • Squashed comments now show date/time on the right when available.
  • Repositioned commit date/time to the right side below tokens and metrics.
  • Commit list rows now display local date and time after the short SHA without needing to expand.
