This script is the source-of-truth builder for the Core Stack village admin resource. It reads raw admin boundary inputs directly, records source trace and omission decisions, and emits the standardized GeoPackage, GeoJSON, CSV, and QA reports needed by downstream facilities, Antyodaya, and livestock assets.
The workplan captures the data-quality rules, multipart-village handling, and lineage expectations behind cs_admin_standard. Keeping it beside the builder makes the asset reproducible and gives reviewers the rationale for non-trivial geometry standardisation decisions.
This script joins standardized cs_admin_standard village geometries to configured tabular resources. It is required for reproducible CS Antyodaya and livestock assets because it keeps ids, geometry, datatypes, metadata, and join exception reporting consistent across datasets.
This config tells the CS admin-constrained asset builder how to join Mission Antyodaya 2020 data to cs_admin_standard and where to emit cs_antyodaya_2020 outputs. Keeping it tracked makes the generated Antyodaya asset reproducible without local-only settings.
The template documents the config block required to add new raw facility datasets safely without editing pipeline code.
The README explains how to run the facilities build and proximity steps, what outputs are expected, and how to add new sources without tracking raw files or generated outputs.
