libgcc_s_seh-1.dll was not found

It gives me this error when trying to launch. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work. I even tried with my antivirus off

What I did was copy all the lib files from version 9.0.0 and paste them into the folder of version 9.0.7, and it worked. It's a temporary solution.
