Typed config bootstrap end-to-end (breaking): IConfigBootstrapper is generic, dispatched via generator-emitted IConfigCatalog. IConfigByteSource.Configs / ConfigTypeEntry / DefaultInstanceConfigBootstrapper / UseDefaultInstances removed; wizard emits a typed ConfigBootstrapper.cs stub.
