• Config branch hold — IConfigAdminGrain.SetBranchHoldAsync(name, branch, held, changedBy) pins a Major.Minor branch so the cold-start seed skips it. Protects a manually uploaded config version from being overwritten (LoadAlways) or auto-patch-bumped (LoadIfHashDiff) on restart. Surfaced as ConfigBranchInfo.Held in the admin overview.
