decide v0.3.0 — a reader on X (@rabahrahil) pointed out the 37signals 38 never directly ask the opportunity-cost question. He's right — the nearest are Q36 (return on effort) and Q37 (what gets easier/harder).
Added Q39 — opportunity cost: "If we say yes to this, what are we saying no to? What does this displace — time, money, focus — and is what it displaces worth less than this?"
Lives in a clearly-labeled House additions section so the original 38 stay faithful to the source. Triage now pulls Q39 for money decisions and big time/focus commitments. Closes #11.
