Built for meetups, workshops, and recurring event series that need a quick, consistent flyer without opening Canva or Figma every time.

It works on its own

Install it, activate it, add your events right in the builder. There is nothing else to install and no account to create. This plugin does not install GatherPress, does not prompt you to, and does not need it.

If you already run GatherPress, the builder lists your existing GatherPress events instead, so you never retype an event you already entered.

Install

1. Download event-flyer-generator.zip below.
2. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the ZIP, activate.
3. A Flyer Builder page is created for you and an admin notice links straight to it.

Requires WordPress 6.4+ and PHP 7.4+. No database tables, no external services, no build step.

Try it before you install

• Standalone demo — the plugin on its own, which is how most sites will run it.
• With GatherPress — GatherPress and six sample events, installed by the demo blueprint.

Both boot a throwaway WordPress in your browser. Nothing to install, nothing persists.

What's in 1.0.2

• Reads GatherPress events when GatherPress is active; the built-in add-event form is the no-GatherPress fallback.
• New two-column flyer builder, and a Flyer Builder page is created on activation so there is nothing to wire up.
• A distinct layout for one, two, three, and four events, and content scales to fit the page instead of being silently clipped.
• 15 icons, picked from a visual grid.

Notes on this download

The ZIP attached below is the plugin only. The auto-generated "Source code" archives also carry the test suite and CI config, which WordPress does not need.
