• UFS: enabling global.control.ufs.enabled is now enough — the chart creates the UFS secret
  and the ufs database, using the control DB connection unless ufs.secret.data overrides it.

• New optional values:
  • global.control.imageProxy — the control domain is trusted automatically and allowedHosts
    only adds exceptions (wildcards *.example.com supported); list other hosts that resolve
    to private IPs, e.g. the auth domain.
  • global.control.systemAccounts.enabled — automatic system account creation (default true;
    set false to disable).
  • global.control.counters.read.maxYearsInBalance — balance read depth (recommended: 2).

• scylladb.localDataCenter is now applied to control-tasks and ctrl-sim-api as well.
• Fixes for UFS, frontend attachments volume and imageProxy/claude-code-api settings.
• Upgrade notes:
  • DB migration 5.182.0 drops the legacy layer_to_actors_position_gis index (irreversible).
    If global.control.ctrl_sim_api.tag is pinned below 0.8.1, remove the pin or bump it
