Adds manual indexing notifications:

  • New Notify Google button on non-indexed URLs in the queue — sends an official Google Indexing API notification for that URL. Requires the Indexing API option in settings, the Web Search Indexing API enabled in your Google Cloud project, and a one-time reconnect to grant the permission. Note: Google officially supports this API for job-posting and livestream pages only; notifications for other content may be ignored (200 requests/day quota).
  • Notified URLs move to a Submitted via Indexing API status with an automatic next-day recheck, and can be filtered in the queue.
  • Row actions (Recheck, Ignore, Priority, Notify Google) now surface their error message instead of failing silently.
  • Self-updater now selects the release package by name, so additional release assets can never break future updates.
