v2.2.0 — GSC Keyword Insights & Content Optimization
GSC Keyword Insights & Content Optimization
Uses the existing Google Search Console connection (no reconnect needed) to pull real search-query data and turn it into on-page SEO recommendations.
- Pulls query/page performance (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) for the last 7 / 28 days, 3 / 6 months, or a custom range (up to Search Console's ~16-month limit).
- Classifies each keyword by type and intent — branded, service, location, commercial, informational, transactional, question, long-tail, competitor, and more.
- Checks whether each keyword appears in the matched page's SEO title, meta description, H1, headings, first paragraph, body, image alt text, internal anchors, and URL slug (reads Rank Math / Yoast / AIOSEO / SEOPress meta where present).
- Scores every opportunity 0-100 (High / Medium / Low / Already optimized) and produces natural, anti-keyword-stuffing recommendations.
- New "Keyword Insights" dashboard: summary KPIs, branded vs non-branded split, top pages by opportunity, a sortable/filterable keyword table with CSV export, bulk re-analyze, and a per-page detail view with suggested placements, FAQ questions, and anchor texts.
- Background sync + content analysis on Action Scheduler (WP-Cron fallback), with caching, batching, row caps, and proper indexing so the front end is never slowed down. Content is re-analyzed automatically when a post is edited.
This release also includes the 404 Monitor module (2.1.0): captures real 404s, recommends redirects conservatively (approval/high-confidence only), and shows read-only visibility for existing redirect tools.
Update from Convertrack → your WordPress Updates screen, or it will be offered automatically within a few hours.
