This MR has refactor changes to update from docker client to its new official moby client. Docker has deprecated github.com/docker/docker in November 2025 and moved to moby officially. (Reference: https://github.com/moby/moby#go-modules)
This also fixes below CVE's
CVE-2026-41567, 41568, 42306, 33997, 34040
