Merges the current main release history into pre-release and resolves both Cloudflare Worker configs without unsupported CPU limits.
This intentionally repairs branch ancestry so the final pre-release-to-main promotion can use a merge commit and preserve the exact tested tree. v0.1.15 release metadata is retained.
