AFT issue: I keep getting permissions requests to read from ~/.local/share/cortexki

Description

I keep getting permissions requests to read from ~/.local/share/cortexkit/aft/opencode/bash-tasks/221e756a35cbe6bb/* which is outside of the workspace my agents are in. I have a very autonomous workflow and so it means that unattended processes can end up getting halted for a while. I don't think it should be trying to read from that area directly and it seems like it should be wrapped in a tool call?

Thanks — this is a real gap and your read of it is right. What happens: when a long bash task's output is truncated, the footer points at the task's artifact file under the AFT storage root; that path is outside your workspace, so the agent's read triggers OpenCode's external-directory prompt and stalls unattended runs. v0.47.0 already validates these reads server-side (session-scoped task registry) when restrict_to_project_root is enabled, but in the default configuration the prompt still fires. The fix we'll ship next is to skip the external-directory prompt for exactly these session-owned artifact paths (Rust validates ownership regardless), so autonomous flows stop halting. Until then, agents can use bash_status with the task id instead of reading the artifact path — same content, no prompt.

Shipped in v0.47.1: reads of session-owned bash task artifacts (the truncated-output files under the AFT storage root that the completion footer points at) no longer trigger the external-directory permission prompt. The server validates that the artifact belongs to the requesting session and permits the read; everything else outside the workspace still prompts as before, and mutations to those paths remain blocked.
