Mural support

• New Mural card on project pages: preview the rendered memory-mural image, see cue coverage (cued vs active memories), and toggle experimental.mural per project.
• Cue compression status surfaces in the Dreamer panel alongside the other scheduled tasks.

Dreamer panel

• Task cards reflect the current task set (including compress-cues); stale retired tasks no longer appear.
• Per-project settings written to the project's magic-context.jsonc as before.

Fixes

• Cache-cause attribution now distinguishes Magic Context fail-open passes from provider-side busts.
• Rust transform mode sessions display transform attribution correctly.
• Narrowed a nullable-cause crash in the cache diagnostics label lookup.
