Dashboard 0.20.19

Reads Broca logs that use one new log feature:

  • tool-schema-pins/v1: a run's plan manifest records the tool schema pins it froze.

The dashboard doesn't use this field. Without this release, it stops reading a Broca log at the first record that requires it, and the steps after that point don't show.
