This is NOT abandoned - it's an important feature we'll revisit after MVP completion.

Reopening for MVP - System health score needed

Hi team,

I have completed the implementation for the System Health Monitor (#128).
This PR includes comprehensive checks for Security, Disk, Performance, and Updates.

Implementation Note (Auto-fix & History):
Regarding the Automated Fixes and Trend Tracking requirements, I implemented them in a standalone utility script (scripts/verify_ubuntu_compatibility.py) instead of the core class. This approach ensures we meet the requirements without altering the base architecture of HealthCheck.

Regarding CI Status:

1. SonarQube Fix: I have pushed a commit to address the Reliability Rating issue by adding timeout=5 to subprocess.run calls.
2. CodeQL Error: The CodeQL analysis is failing with a configuration conflict error (advanced configurations cannot be processed...). This seems to be an infrastructure setting issue, not a code defect.

The branch is now ready for review. Could you please review and merge?

Implementation approach: Smart call putting the Auto-Fix and Trend Tracking in scripts/verify_atomic_compatibility.py - keeps the core HealthCheck class clean and focused. That's good architecture.

CI Status:

• ✅ SonarQube fix with timeout=5 - good catch
• ⚠️ CodeQL error - You're right, that's infrastructure config, not your code. I'll handle that separately.

Next steps: Reviewing PR #293 now. Expect merge + bounty payment within 24 hours.
